Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers
1. In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

2. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

3. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar one will be used.

Plants
1. For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.

2. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.

3. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar one will be used.

Fruits
If fruits in fruit baskets shown online are not available or can not guarantee freshness in certain seasons and regions, other fruits of equal or greater value may be selected.

If fruits in fruit cakes shown online are not available or can not guarantee freshness in certain seasons and regions, other fruits with similar color will be chosen to match the arrangement.

Bears
If the bear shown online is not available in some regions, we will make every attempt to match the style and size, but may substitute with similar one with equal or greater value. If you do NOT want us to make any changes, please leave message and instructions indicating what we should do in the conditions of unavailability.

Chocolate
If the candy shown online is not available in some regions, we will make every attempt to match the brand name and flavor, but may substitute with different arrangement and/or size with equal or greater value. If you do NOT want us to make any changes, please leave message and instructions indicating what we should do in the conditions of unavailability.

Cake
Picture shown online is just for your reference. If the item is not available in some regions, we will make every attempt to match the product type, style, brand name with equal or greater value.

Moon Cake
Picture shown online is just for your reference. We use Local well-known brand moon cake, the product type, style, brand name with equal or greater value. Moon Cake only available in one month before Mid-Autumn Festival. After the festival moon cake will be replaced with equal or greater value chocolate.

Wine
Picture shown online is just for your reference. If the item is not available in some regions, we will make every attempt to match the product type, size, brand name, and product region with equal or greater value.

Balloon
Picture shown online is just for your reference. If the item is not available in some regions, we will make substitute with other balloons that has similar theme and style, equal or greater value.
